Signal Lifecycle Mastery
A rigorous path through Lifecycle Messaging Analytics for operators who own welcome, nurture, and win-back — and the dashboards that claim to explain them.

- Build cohort-aware re-entry windows with explicit fatigue thresholds.
- Produce a stakeholder narrative that includes statistical caveats without burying them.
- Critique a teammate’s lifecycle dashboard using a shared rubric.

- Module 3 — Re-entry craft Win-back ethics, channel mixing, and when not to message.
- Module 4 — Experiment honesty Sample leakage, novelty effects, and reading inconclusive tests.
- Module 5 — Narrative grid Turning tables into decisions; peer critique of your live funnel.

FAQ
Do I need SQL?
Comfortable spreadsheet skills are enough for labs. SQL helps but is not required; we provide pre-shaped tables.
What tools do you teach?
Concepts transfer across ESPs and BI tools. We demonstrate with generic exports rather than locking you to one vendor.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not provide production access to your ESP or warehouse. If your company blocks data exports, labs will use our anonymized sets instead of your live funnel — useful for craft, weaker for immediate internal buy-in.
Time commitment?
Plan for roughly five focused hours weekly, including one live session.
Learner notes
The Module 3 re-entry worksheet changed how we schedule silence. I still wish the live sessions ran later for west-coast teammates.
Dense. Fair. The FAQ limitation about ESP access matched our reality exactly — good they said it up front.
